We currently offer free shipping all over UK.

2. Shipping Method

We offer a Free Shipping service for all orders, which means there are no additional shipping fees for you, regardless of the size of your order.

3. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Due to peak times or high demand, sometimes it can take up to 10 business days for an order to be fulfilled.

Order Cut-Off Time: Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM each business day. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times

Delivery Time: After processing, orders typically take 2 to 10 business days in transit, with an estimated total delivery time of 3 to 15 business days from the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the delivery address and product(s) ordered.

We offer tracked & insured shipping worldwide. However, due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable and all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For some specific items, delivery can take up to 45 days.

We also have priority shipping, which means your order will be handled as fast as possible.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

5. Shipping Costs

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item received, Nirlen will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than a fault or error on our part, the customer must cover the return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible before we process your order.

8. Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at support@nirlen.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it. We charge a cancellation fee of 15£.

Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order or if you have any concerns about the delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will require photos of the damaged items and packaging to assist with filing a claim and arranging a replacement or refund.
